With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I thought this idea was a very good one. Whether it was the glass of wine or not, I am not sure but Addison's mother came up with this idea last night. Nice work Jess! Anyway, this one is self explanatory so I am going to dig right in.
1. Thanksgiving plate - Re-creating the meal all over again. Hello! Who does not love that!
2. Lasagna - Am I the only person that thinks lasagna can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Am I the only person that thinks lasagna can be eaten cold or heated? I am getting hungry...
3. Pizza - The ultimate leftover food that you do not make. Lets say it is late at night and you are hungry. You order pizza. You eat and go to bed. You wake up and BAM! breakfast is waiting. Cold or warm. Great leftover.
4. Meatloaf - I am a big fan of meatloaf. The best is the next day you can make this into a meatloaf sandwhich or you can heat it back up.
5. Spaghetti - With years, I turning further away from pasta. However, I have to give credit to this meal. Add a little more sauce the next day and heat it up and it is like brand new!
Have a good wednesday!

1. Mac and cheese - the cheese soaks into the mac and yum.
2. Spaghetti - same whole soaking in concept.
3. Chicken Linguine - my mom and dad make it and I love it - especially re-heated.
4. Pizza - I like to put it in the microwave just long enough to heat up the edges...and leave the middle cold.
5. Lasagna - I typically will go for it cold....weird? yes.
1. Potatoes...particularly if you can make them into some kind of pancake or incorporate them into breakfast.
2. Thai Food...so much better the next day or day after that. Love it.
3. Thanksgiving casseroles...my mom makes California Casserole & Carrot Casserole, both of which involve a lot of cheese & butter. So good the next day.
4. Mac and Cheese...homemade or kraft. Love it. Especially with ketchup.
5. Shepherds Pie...don't know why it is so good the next day, but it is.Probably the soaking up of the sauce. I prefer homemade, but the one from the Cheesecake Factory rocks.
1. Mexican casserole - I make this dish and eat the leftovers for days.

4. Shredded beef in the crockpot - just as good on day 4 as on day 1.
5. Lasagna - I wouldn't have thought of that, but since you guys mentioned it, now I'm craving it!
