Top 5 Cartoons growing up!

That is right people! Turn back that clock. What cartoons did you love watching as a kid? I am throwing out the use of Simpsons, Family Guy, and Beavis and Butthead...these are more for adults anyway. I mean I watched Simpsons as a kid but it was a sitcom. Anyway, you get the idea. Here we go.

1. Transformers - I know of at least one other person that will put this #1 . This show had it all. Who doesn't love Optimus Prime?
2. Scooby Doo - This may have not been a new cartoon in my time but I loved this show. Mystery cartoon...what is not to love?
3. Inspector Gadget - Go go gadget arm! I watched this cartoon every day after school like clockwork when I was younger...okay maybe at LU too...just kidding...
4. Thundercats - Lion-O was one bad M-fer. Thunder, thunder, thunder cats, hoooo! I digress...
5. TMNT - Putting something number 5 was pretty tough. I did love the turtles especially Donatello.

A special shout out goes to the Smurfs (when I was really young), GI Joe, He-man, Bugs bunny, Yogi Bear, and Tom and Jerry.

Clearly I watched too much TV as a kid...

1) TMNT
2) Dark Wing Duck
3) Tailspin
4) Animaniacs
5) Super Mario Bros

I would have included Transformers and He-Man on this list, but I recently watched both and they were lame. He-Man was probably the most latently homosexual thing I've ever watched. Transformers was just relatively uneventful.

Correction- I mispelled Hong Kong Phooey. Google it. First aired in '74 and replayed in '77. I'm asuming this was before you guys knew what was going on. It was funny. I see Amazon has the episodes. I may have to get those.
