I am so sorry for our fight. I understand that 100 squats in a day is not the best idea. I aslo understand that doing lunges and deadlifts the next day, regardless of the weight or lack thereof, was not the best idea. But do not give up on me. Falling back into bed this morning was a rude awakening for me. I promise I will take better care of you in the future.
