A few movies

So I have rented a few movies the couple weeks. Here are my thoughts on them.

The Hammer - I give this two thumbs up. If you are an Adam Carolla fan, you will like this movie. This is his movie that all the big movie labels passed on. I enjoyed it and actually, Michelle enjoyed it too.

The Bank Job - I really liked this movie. The opening scene was in the caribbean and involved a Ménage à Trois. I almost stopped the movie to make sure I had the right one. It is about a robbing a bank right? Either way, it was the right movie and it was good. Two thumbs up.

Simon Birch - I rented this because it is loosely based on the book I just read, A Prayer for Owen Meany. The movie basically covered the first part of the book but I did not like it very much. Two thumbs down.

Happy Tuesday!

Here's my Simon Birch story:

A few years ago at a family Christmas even, one of my uncles saw me and my cousin standing next to each other. My cousin is about 6 feet tall. My uncle says, "Jeez, you look like Simon Birch compared to him." That always stuck with me.

I thought the Hammer was an autobiographical movie that I didn't remember green-lighting.
