Hump Day Top 5

Today is PwC's friday! Yeah to a long weekend! Before I get too far into this blog, I wanted to wish everyone a happy 4th of July! If you have the opportunity, celebrate 4th of July the right way and beat up a Brit! On to the top 5!

I am sticking with an American theme, the top 5 American brewed beers. This one is dairly simple. What american beers are your favorite to drink? One rule. You must have drank it at some point in your life.

1. PBR light - PBR ME ASAP! The beer in a bottle is my favorite. You can never go wrong and the price is low. Great combo!
2. Sam Adams Oktoberfest - If this beer was sold year around, I would probably be 15-20 pounds heavier. I am in general not a Sam Adams fan but they got this recipe correct.
3. Coors light - Oh, Golden, CO is a beautiful place. That rocky mountain brew is so good. Ummm, thirsty...
4. Yuengling - America's oldest brewery. This is brewed in PA but for some reason is hard to find here. WTF! Never had it? I highly recommend it.
5. Dead guy Ale - Rogue is the brewery that makes it. It is located in Oregon. I really need to make a visit to the upper west coast. I think there are a lot of breweries up there that I would like. It would probably change my list a lot! Some day...

If dead guy is 5a, miller light is 5b, such a great light beer. Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

I am glad this wasn't another movie top 5 - I am not good at those. This is more up my alley:
1. Coors Light - preferably in a can
2. Bud Light - either can or draft
3. Do Ciders Count? Anything Woodchuck....especially PEAR!
4. Natty Light - this one is more for the memories...free Natty Light on Saturday's at the Grog house in Gville!
5. North Star Light - Yeah ALDI!

Busch Light - I grew up on this!
Bud Light - this is usually my go to beer
Miller Light - a few lesser calories and carbs
Coors Light - my favorite tailgating beer
Bud Ice - we used to drink this in college whenever we wanted to get drunk faster (it tasted slightly better than Icehouse)

1. Miller Lite draft
2. Yuengling light
I have a case of Yuengling and a case of Yuengling light in my basement Frig. Got a freind who visits PA regularly.
3. Fat Tire draft
4. Blue Moon draft
5. I Love draft beer

1. Blue Moon
2. Bud Light
3. 312 (Goose Island)
4. Woodchuck

I am so not a beer drinker, I can't even decide on a 5th. Maybe I need to try this Yuengling stuff. Or just stick to wine. Or rum.

Blue Moon ~ the orange wedge makes it healthy choice
Miller High Life ~ I can't help it, I love it oh so much
Busch Light ~ in the good old days, it was "good" beer
Michelob Ultra Orange and Tuscan Grapefruit ~ Ridiculously girly. Yum.
Miller Light ~ a good standby, but not drank often

This is my first ever response to a hump day top 5. In honor of <3ing beer so much, here it goes:
1. Magic Hat #9. Who knew Vermont made such good beer?
2. Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat, with orange, please!
3. Miller Lite. My go to "gonna drink a lot and really don't want to be hung over in the morning" beer
4. Blue Moon. A recent new favorite.
5. Coors Light, cause I hate Bud Light.

These lists make me so sad. I just want to cry right now.

1) Rogue Brutal Bitter
2) Stone Arrogant Bastard
3) Laughing Dog DogZilla Black IPA
4) Northfork Draught Special Bitter
5) Anything that has to be drawn using your arm to pump it out of a wooden barrel under the floor boards in rural England
